We offer service contract packages for the maintenance, inspection, testing, service, installation, integration and repair of all models/types of safety systems and associated equipment.

Service contract levels:

Standard Contract - A Standard Contract will provide for periodic maintenance and testing of safety systems in accordance with state/federal regulations and applicable NFPA codes. This contract also includes repair service whenever needed for an additional fee and a same-day response guarantee for repair calls. The Standard Contract is designed to meet the needs of smaller facilities.

Complete Solutions Contract - The Complete Solutions Contract offers the same basic services as the Standard Contract with some additions tailored to the customer's specific needs. The Complete Solutions Contract will include some pre-paid service hours for both emergency and routine service calls, and a negotiated amount of pre-paid parts/labor for the site. This contract will include a 4-hour response time provision and an option to have service records delivered to the customer in electronic format for added convenience. ISIMS, Inc. believes that the majority of its customers will select Complete Solutions Contracts as they provide the most comprehensive package, fastest level of service response, and the most customizable option.

Time & Materials (T&M) Contract - The T&M Contract provides maintenance and repair services only when specifically requested by the customer on a 72 hour response time basis. ISIMS, Inc. offers this option in order to present its customers with a wide variety of service choices, but believes that it will not be widely selected by customers. We can provide examples of scope of work agreements and examples of past contracts upon requests.

It provides a comprehensive monitoring system that incorporates fire, security, building automation, bio-chemical hazard monitoring and RFID into one threat analysis package.

Our system is designed to protect first/secondary responders and building occupants when a threat of coordinated criminal or terrorist attacks occurs on physical facility infrastructures. It provides first responders with a comprehensive package of critical information pertinent to the incident. The system is designed to eliminate or compensate for physical damage or unauthorized access by providing a clear picture of potential threats by incorporating a self-correcting daisy chain of clusters of physical facilities.
